After a season of sailing our new-to-us 423, we recognized it needed some major refitting to be reliable and fun to sail. We left Celia at the Gouvia Marina, with a laundry list of projects - including piles of dirty laundry. Roman immediately and systematically started getting things taken care of starting with the haul out then on to ….new standing rigging, furler, sails, prop, refinished counters the list goes on. All this in the first 6 months! With each of these tasks he offered technical and cost options to accomplish the goal.
